The Global Anti-Corruption Policy supports the commitment of the Medicom Group Inc. and its subsidiaries such as the Kolmi Hopen Group to conduct business relationships ethically, with the utmost integrity, in compliance with all anti-bribery laws and regulations.
This requires that it is forbidden to make (or offering to make) payments or providing (or offering to provide) goods or services of value directly or indirectly for the purpose of obtaining or retaining business or otherwise gaining an unfair competitive advantage.
Thus the Kolmi Hopen Group, through the Medicom Group, undertakes not to tolerate any form of corruption, whether active or passive, occurring in the public or private sector.

The Kolmi Hopen Group through the Medicom Group is keen to work with suppliers and business partners who share our commitment to the highest ethical standards and the utmost integrity.
The Supplier Code of Conduct sets out our expectations from the third parties who are our partners, including suppliers, contractors, service providers, consultants, advisers and other business partners, and their respective employees and contractors. We expect our suppliers to conduct their business in accordance with the highest legal, ethical and professional standards, and comply with our corporate societal responsibility philosophy and the ten principles of the United Nations Global Compact.
